Refund Policy

Returns
Only items purchased directly from Rosie Hamilton may be returned to Rosie Hamilton. Rosie Hamilton products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.
Items purchased directly through the Rosie Hamilton online store may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery of your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from us before we can accept your return.

If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for your order and notify you by email. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Second-hand items are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds may take up to 30 days. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact the bank that issued your payment method for your order to find out why your refund has not been credited. If you have already contacted your bank and still have any questions/concerns about your refund, please contact us at Support@RosieHamilton.shop.
If the item was a gift and was shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift certificate for the amount of the returned product minus shipping costs in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
Sale Items
Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
Please report damaged, defective or missing items by emailing Support@RosieHamilton.shop within 5 business days of delivery. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
